Shipping and return

At Ruffy, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly, smoothly, and stress-free. You can pick up your package from a nearby parcel point or locker, or have it delivered straight to your door. We offer several carriers and delivery options.

Processing & delivery times

  • Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped the same business day
  • After that, delivery time depends on the carrier
  • We process all orders no later than the next business day

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose and are always shown at checkout.
Orders over €100 ship free of charge.

Local pickup

You can also pick up your order for free from Ruffy’s warehouse at Puolalankatu 6, Turku (Finland). Pickup takes place at the cashier of K-Market Puolalankatu after you receive a pickup notification.
Orders are usually ready within ~4 hours after payment, but latest on the next workday.

Returns & exchanges

We want you and your pet to be fully happy with every choice. If something doesn’t feel right, returning or exchanging it is just as easy as buying it.

14-day free returns

  • You have 14 days to return or exchange items free of charge
  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition
  • Tags must be attached and original packaging included

How to return

  1. Log in to your Ruffy account using the same email you used to place the order
  2. Select the order and request a return
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation and return instructions by email
  4. Drop off the package at the designated return location
  5. Once the return is processed at our warehouse, we’ll refund you automatically using the same payment method you used at checkout

Simply add your request in the additional information field when submitting the return. You’ll receive further instructions by email.
